Case study

A design studio for custom casino tables.

Hitman Custom Casino builds casino tables to order in Anaheim. Every table is different, so every sale used to start with a long string of messages. We built a site where customers design their own table in 3D, watch the price as they go, and check out or send the finished design to the shop.

The problem

A $1,200 to $2,700 table, worked out one message at a time.

Each table is built for one customer: the game, the size, the felt color, the wood finish, and often a family name or a company logo printed on the felt. Before the site, all of that was settled over messages, one question at a time, and the customer had to picture the table from a description.

That works for a few orders. It does not work when the shop wants people to buy at 11 PM without waiting for a reply.

What we built

Every choice on screen, priced as you make it.

Choosing the felt color in the table builder
01

A six-step 3D table builder

Game, model, felt, finish, your name or logo, then review. The table changes in front of you with every pick. Turn it, look from the top, or zoom into the felt, and the price updates with each option.

Your name or logo, right on the felt

Customers type a name or upload artwork and place it on the felt in the preview. It is part of the design, not a note in an email thread.

Save it, share it, or buy it

Not ready to buy? Customers save their design, artwork included, and send it straight to the shop. The follow-up starts with a finished spec instead of a blank message.

  • Checkout through Square, with crated freight and sales tax worked out for the delivery address.
  • Custom work and unusual deliveries go to a quote, so nothing gets a guessed price.
  • 57 tables in the catalog, kept in step with the shop's Square prices, and 14 of them open straight into the builder.
  • Built and tested on phones, from the 3D preview to checkout.
The result

Custom orders without the back-and-forth.

The site has been live and taking orders since September 2026. Customers can now show up with their table already designed, and one of the first online buyers asked about getting a site like it for his own shop.

If you make something custom that takes a lot of back-and-forth to sell, a builder like this can do the asking for you.
