Syntria Labs is a small software company that builds for clients and ships its own products. We are looking for people who ship. Work is project-based to start, remote is fine, and being in Orange County, California is a plus.

iOS engineerSwift, or React Native with Expo
You have shipped an iPhone app, ideally to the App Store. You know the difference between a build that runs in the simulator and one that survives App Review and real users.

Full-stack web engineerTypeScript, React, Node, Postgres
You build the whole thing: the interface, the server, the database, and the deploy. Stripe experience is a plus. Caring about how it looks is required.

Product designerWeb and iOS interfaces
You design screens people can use without a tutorial, and you can explain why every element is where it is. Designing in code is a plus.

Writing, video, QA, sales. If you have shipped something and you want to build with a small team, send it.

A link to a live site, an App Store listing, or a repository says more than a resume. One real thing beats a list of ten.
- 02Plain communication.
You can say what you built, what broke, and what you did about it, in a few sentences.
- 03Care about details.
Spacing, copy, error states, the empty screen nobody tests. You notice them, and it bothers you when they are wrong.
- 04Honesty about what works.
We do not claim a feature works because the code is there. We test it. You should be the same way.
